Request account deletion

Request deletion of your Golden Membership account and associated personal data here. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.

Email loc@psa.com.vn to request deletion of your Golden Membership account and associated personal data. Include your account email or phone number and an email for our reply. You do not need to sign in to the app.

The email channel is being set up. You can still request deletion in the app under Security or Privacy.

Do not include passwords, OTP codes or identity document photos in your initial request.

What happens next?

Send your request. Clearly state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
Verify account ownership. Customer support will contact your reply email with verification instructions and an expected processing time.
Receive confirmation. We will explain the result, which data was deleted and any data that must be retained.

You do not need to provide a reason to request deletion here. Completion time will be confirmed after account verification. If more time is needed, customer support will update you by email.

What your request covers

Your request covers your sign-in account, profile details such as name, email, phone number, date of birth and gender, and personal data associated with your use of the app.

Some transaction records, invoices or data needed for legal obligations, dispute resolution or fraud prevention may be retained where there is a valid basis. Customer support will explain the data types, reasons and retention periods that apply to your account.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel appointments or resolve open transactions. If you have appointments or unused benefits, mention them in your request for guidance.
